Common questions
Is my data private?+
Completely. Your entries are stored only in your own browser (local storage), nothing is sent to a server or shared. Clearing your browser data will remove them.
How often should I weigh in?+
Weigh in at the same time of day, ideally each morning, or at least weekly. Judge the multi-week trend line, not any single day, since water and food in your system cause daily swings.
Why track the trend instead of one number?+
Bodyweight fluctuates daily from water, glycogen, and food. A trend over several weeks tells you whether you're actually losing fat, which is exactly why our coaches review weekly data rather than reacting to one weigh-in.
