Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover website use only — the actual coaching relationship (pricing, duration, cancellation, refunds) is governed by the individual coaching agreement each client signs separately.

Health & fitness disclaimer
Personal training and coaching involve physical exertion and inherent risk. True Results is not a medical provider, and nothing on this site or in our coaching is medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition, injury, or are pregnant. You participate in coaching at your own risk and are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information to your coach.
Coaching agreements
Becoming a client requires signing an individual coaching agreement, which sets out the specific package, price, payment terms, and cancellation/refund terms for that engagement. Where anything in a signed coaching agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that client.
Cancellations & refunds
All payments for coaching packages and sessions are final. We do not offer refunds for unused sessions, early termination, or a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Scheduled sessions and check-ins must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance; sessions cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited and will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited. The full terms for your specific package are set out in your signed coaching agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, no scraping or automated data collection, and no using the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, videos, logos, and the True Results name and branding — is owned by True Results or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services including Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Your use of those features is also subject to each provider's own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Results is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
