Your 12-week roadmap.

Every client moves through the same four phases. The specifics change based on your data. The structure never does.

Week 1–2

Full assessment

We measure everything: body composition, posture, movement patterns, and health markers. Your programme is built from data, not guesswork. No two programmes are ever the same.

Week 3–6

Foundation phase

Technique is locked in, nutrition is dialled, and your body begins adapting to new stress loads. Progress is measured weekly so we catch any stall immediately.

Week 7–10

Acceleration phase

The engine is running. Training intensity climbs, nutrition is refined based on what your data shows, and body composition shifts measurably each check-in.

Week 11–12+

Visible transformation

You look different. You feel different. The data confirms it. Most clients extend beyond 12 weeks because they've experienced what's possible, and they're not done yet.

Not at all. We coach complete beginners and experienced lifters alike. Your programme is built around your current level, and the first session is a full assessment so we start exactly where you are.

Where do the sessions take place?

At Iconic Studio, a private 312 m² facility in Amsterdam with premium equipment, a progress photo booth, and free protein shakes. No crowds, total focus.

How often will I train?

Most clients train two to three times per week, with daily accountability and nutrition guidance between sessions. We'll recommend a frequency that fits your goals and schedule.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see visible change within the first few weeks, with major transformations over 12–20 weeks. We track body composition weekly so progress is measured, not guessed.

What happens between sessions?

Daily WhatsApp access for questions, progress check-ins, and adjustments. You're never waiting until the next session to get an answer or a course correction.

Can you work around injuries or health conditions?

Yes. Every programme is built around your body, including any injuries, chronic conditions, or limitations. We work closely with physios when needed.

Is this only for fat loss?

Not at all. We coach muscle gain, athletic performance, posture, post-injury return, and everything in between. The methodology is the same: data-driven, bespoke, accountable.

What if I travel or get sick?

Life happens. Programmes flex for travel with hotel-room alternatives and remote check-ins. Illness weeks are factored into the plan, not counted as failures.
