True Results is a personal training and coaching company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our studio is located at Visseringstraat 33H, 1051 KH Amsterdam. You can contact us at Info@true-results.com.
What data we collect
We collect data you provide directly to us through our contact form and newsletter signup, including your name, email address, fitness goals, and any other information you choose to share. We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, device type, location) through privacy-respecting tools.
How we use your data
We use your data to: respond to your enquiries, deliver coaching services, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and improve our website experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the following legal bases: (1) Consent, for newsletter subscriptions and marketing communications; (2) Contract performance, for delivering coaching services; (3) Legitimate interest, for responding to enquiries and improving our services.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 3 years unless you become a client.
Third-party services
We use Resend for email delivery, Vercel for website hosting, and may integrate Calendly for booking. Each has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
Your rights
