Nutrition coaching here means setting your calorie and protein targets, understanding your baseline eating habits, and building a flexible framework that fits your actual life — including restaurants, social occasions, and travel. The goal is teaching you to eat well instinctively, not creating a rigid dependency on a document. Personal training, shared with a partner.

All the benefits of personal training, shared with one training partner. Each person gets their own assessment, programme, and nutrition plan; you train the sessions together. Ideal for couples, friends, or colleagues who stay more consistent with someone alongside them.

Duo training is not a group class. Each person in the pair has their own intake assessment, their own programme written for their specific body and goals, and their own nutrition targets. The sessions are trained together in the private studio, which provides the social dynamic and mutual accountability — while keeping all the individual precision of one-on-one coaching. The rate is shared between two clients, making it more accessible than solo personal training.

The facility

Iconic Studio, Amsterdam.

All in-person sessions take place at Iconic Studio — a private 312 m² facility in Amsterdam with no public membership. When you are training, no one else is there. No queues for equipment, no unsolicited advice from the floor, no mirrors with strangers.

The facility runs Rogue and Watson equipment throughout. Towel service and post-workout shakes are standard. For clients who find commercial gyms overwhelming, this environment alone is often what makes consistent training finally possible.

Online coaching clients have the same programme quality and coaching relationship, delivered anywhere in the world through the True Results app.

Which service is right for me?

The free consultation is specifically designed to answer this. In 30 minutes, we cover your goals, schedule, location, and history — and recommend the service that matches your situation. If you are in Amsterdam or nearby with a flexible schedule, personal training is usually the strongest option. If you travel often or live outside the city, online coaching is built for you. If you already have a training routine and want to fix your nutrition, standalone nutrition coaching is the right entry point.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level before I start?

No. The assessment is specifically designed to map exactly where you are before anything is written. Complete beginners, people returning after years away, and clients in their fifties or sixties with no training history are all common starting points. What matters is that the programme matches your current capacity — that is the entire purpose of the assessment.

What if I travel a lot for work?

Travel is factored in from day one. Online coaching clients get hotel-adapted alternatives built directly into the programme. Personal training clients with irregular travel have weeks planned around what is realistic, not what is ideal. Missing occasional sessions does not break a well-designed programme — and adjusting for travel is standard, not an exception.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see measurable changes in body composition within the first four weeks once nutrition is calibrated. Visible physical changes are typically clear at six to eight weeks. The weekly check-in data means you will always know precisely what is changing and when — progress is a chart, not a feeling.

Is nutrition coaching available without personal training?

Yes. Standalone nutrition coaching is available for clients who already have a training routine and want to specifically address their diet. It includes a full dietary assessment, personalised macro and calorie targets, supplement guidance, and ongoing weekly adjustments based on your body composition data.

What is the minimum commitment?

For personal training, there is no fixed contract — packages are agreed based on your goals and timeline. Online coaching starts from a one-month package. The free consultation is zero commitment: it is a conversation to assess fit, not a sales call.

What does the first session actually look like?

The first appointment is the full intake assessment: goals, training history, movement quality assessment, body composition baseline, and a full discussion of your schedule, lifestyle, and what has and hasn't worked before. No exercise. The programme is written after this session, so every detail is specific to what we found. Most clients leave the first appointment with a clearer picture of their situation than they have ever had.
